AK Korvet AO operates through four subsidiaries: Shumukhinskoe mashinostroitel?noe predpriyatie OOO, Kargapol'skiy mashinostroitel?nyi zavod OOO, Korvet-M OOO, as well as two affiliated companies Kazneftegazmash AO and LTs OOO. In November 2013, the Company increased its stake to 100% in Liteynyi tsentr OOO.
