Powernet Technologies Corporation (KOSDAQ:A037030) announced a private placement of series 8th unregistered unguaranteed private convertible bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 5,000,000,000 on September 16, 2020. The bonds carry zero coupon rate. The maturity date of bonds is September 18, 2025.
The bonds are convertible into common shares at a price of KRW 4,721 per share. The conversion period is from September 18, 2021 to August 18, 2025. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company.
The transaction is expected to close on September 18, 2020. The transaction will include participation from Nh-Aju Kosdaq Scale-Up Fund., a fund managed by AJU IB INVESTMENT Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A027360) and NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd., Investment Arm, returning investors KB Securities Co., Ltd., Investment Arm, Mirae Asset Daewoo Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A006800) and Samsung Securities Co. Ltd., Investment Arm.
