Aikchol Hospital Public Company Limited at its board meeting held on February 12, 2019 has approved a cash dividend payment of TBH 0.48 per share for the year ended December 31, 2018. The names of the shareholders who are eligible for the dividend will be determined on May 3, 2019. The dividend payment date is set to be on May 17, 2019. The Board of Directors of the Company resolved that the allocation of profits for the year 2018 of the 12-month period performance, starting from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018, shall be presented to the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders.
The company appointed Mr. Sarayut Rueangsuwan, Mr. Sawaek Weerakiet, Mr. Kudun Sukhumananda as independent director.
