On May 1, 2023, David Molero, the Chief Accounting Officer of AgileThought, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company of his intention to resign from his position, effective May 19, 2023, to pursue a different opportunity. Mr. Molero will remain with the Company through May 19, 2023, to ensure a seamless transition of his function with the Company's accounting and finance teams. The Company thanks Mr. Molero for his service and contributions to the Company.
