VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

FULL REDEMPTION OF UNLISTED SENIOR PERPETUAL CAPITAL

SECURITIES

On 26 June 2018, Agile Group Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') issued unlisted senior perpetual capital securities in the principal amount of US$100,000,000 (the ''Securities'').

The board of directors of the Company (the ''Board'') is pleased to announce that on 28 June 2021, the Company has redeemed the Securities in full at the redemption amount of US$104,275,000, representing the sum of the outstanding principal amount of the Securities and the last distribution payment due on 26 June 2021.

The Company considers that there will be no material impact on its financial position as a result of the redemption. There are no outstanding Securities in issue after the redemption.
