SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION TO THE 2019 ANNUAL REPORT

Reference is made to the annual report of Affluent Partners Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') for the year ended 31 March 2019 (the ''2019 Annual Report''). Unless otherwise stated, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings as defined in the 2019 Annual Report.

The Company would like to supplement the following information:

The closing prices of the Company's shares on the dates (the ''DATES'') immediately before the dates on which the share options were granted on 29 October 2018 and 13 December 2018 were HK$1.30 and HK$1.21 per share respectively, where the Dates mean the business days prior to which the relevant share options were granted.

Save for the above information, the remaining contents of the 2019 Annual Report remain unchanged.
