AFC Energy announced that Joe Mangion has indicated his intention to retire from his role as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Company's Audit Committee. Joe will continue in this role until a suitable replacement is found. As part of a succession plan already agreed by the Board, the Company's Nomination Committee is currently in discussion with potential candidates to replace Mr. Mangion and an appointment of a new Audit Committee Chair will be made in due course.
