The hotel and serviced residence segment relate to ownership and operation of hotels and serviced residences. The others segment is engaged mainly in investment holding activities. The Company's hotels include Holiday Inn Resort Phuket and Phuket Rawai Beach Resort (under development). Its property development, Gulou Square, is located in Gulou District within 1.5 kilometers from the city center of Xuzhou. The Company's serviced residences include Somerset Vientiane, and Cityview Apartments and Commercial Centre.
