Zhejiang Nanyang Huacheng Technology Co., Ltd. signed a transaction contract to acquire Heshan Guangda Electronics Co., Ltd. and Taizhou Fuyang Investment Co., Ltd. and polypropylene capacitor film business segment from Aerospace CH UAV Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002389) for approximately CNY 210 million on November 23, 2021. Aerospace CH UAV board has approved the transaction. This transaction is expected to generate a certain profit contribution.
