Advant-E Corp. announces an Equity Buyback for $1.5 million worth of its shares.

Advant-E Corp. (OTCPK:ADVC) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to $1.5 million worth of its common stock.

The shares will be repurchased at a price not to exceed $0.39 per share before May 12, 2014 and $0.37 per share on or after May 12, 2014. The company will make repurchases on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions. The plan will run till December 31, 2014.
