Advanced Disposal announced the hiring of Guy Thompson as the east region vice president, effective April 25, 2017. The east region includes; Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He will be located in Charlotte, N.C. and report directly to Chief Operating Officer, John Spegal. Since 2012, Thompson most recently served as an area vice president in western Canada with Waste Management, Inc., and prior to that he was the public sector solutions area director in Florida.
