Advance Residence Investment Corporation (TSE:3269) entered in a real estate transaction agreement to acquire RESIDIA Sapporo-eki North from HORI Development Limited for approximately ¥680 million on January 17, 2018. The purchase price will be paid in cash. The name of the property will be changed to NEO21 Kitaguchi after the acquisition is completed. The transaction is expected to complete on January 19, 2018 or a date to be separately agreed upon with the seller, but no later than February 19, 2018. The effect of the acquisition on the management performance forecasts for fiscal periods ending January 2018 and July 2018 for Advance Residence Investment Corporation is negligible.
