503 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or By Laws; Change in Fiscal Year

On June 16,2021 changes were made to Active Health Foods, Inc. By Laws originally filed

on February 11, 2011, then updated on December 12, 2019.

The New update, "Section 1 - Classes of Shares" has been added to Article VII on Page #9

of the Company's By Laws that reads:

              "There are two (2) Classes of Shares: Common Shares

            and Preferred Class "A" Shares with Super Voting Rights

                      representing fifty-one percent (51%)

                      of all Authorized Present and Future

                            Issued Common Shares of

                           Active Health Foods, Inc".
