Acesian Partners Limited Announces Resignation of Yeo Meng Hin as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, the Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee

The Board of Directors of Acesian Partners Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Yeo Meng Hin as the Independent Non-Executive Director of the company with effect from 3 May 2018. Following his resignation, Mr. Yeo Meng Hin will also cease to be the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, the Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
