Former United States Securities and Exchange Commission attorney Willie Briscoe and the securities litigation firm of Powers Taylor, LLP are investigating the acquisition of Access to Money, Inc. ("Access to Money" or "AEMI.OB") (OTCBB:AEMI) by Cardtronics, Inc. Access to Money recently entered into an acquisition agreement in which the company will be purchased by Cardtronics USA, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cardtronics, Inc. Under the buyout agreement, Access to Money shareholders will receive only $0.285 in cash for each share of Access to Money/AEMI.OB held.

There is no cost or fee to you.

The definitive acquisition agreement involves an all cash transaction valued at approximately $21.2 million. The transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2011.

"We are investigating the fairness of the proposed transaction to Access to Money shareholders, whether the shareholders are being underpaid for their stock, and whether Access to Money's Board of Directors acted in the shareholders' best interests," said shareholder rights attorney Willie Briscoe. In particular, although the acquisition price represents a premium over AEMI.OB's closing price the day before the announcement, at least one analyst has set a target price of $3.50 per share for Access to Money/AEMI.OB stock. "Based on this and other factors, we are additionally investigating whether the transaction undervalues the stock, and our anticipated lawsuit will seek to obtain the highest share price for all shareholders," said Willie Briscoe.
