Accentuate Ltd. Announces Resignation of Malesela David Clement Motlatla as Non-Executive Director

Accentuate Ltd. announced that Dr. Malesela David Clement Motlatla has resigned as Non-Executive Director of the board with effect from 7 March 2015, due to reaching the mandatory retirement age of 75 years. Dr. Motlatla has served as Chairman of the company since June 2006. He has also served as Chairman of Safic (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of the company, since December 2000.

The board will elect a new Chairman in due course and an announcement in this regard will be made at that time.
