Abbey Protection plc ("Abbey Protection" or the "Group") Director share dealing

Abbey Protection received notification today that Mr Adrian Green, the Group Finance Director sold

13,750 Abbey Protection ordinary shares at a price of 113.25 pence per share on 27 March 2013 and his wife, Mrs Tanya Green, also sold 12,750 Abbey Protection ordinary shares at a price of 113.25 pence per share on 27 March 2013. Following these transaction, Mr Green will continue to be interested, as defined by the AIM Rules, in 1,806,028 ordinary shares in the Group, representing

1.81% of the Group's issued share capital.
