Abacus Mining & Exploration Corporation (TSXV:AME) agreed to acquire Willow porphyry copper property located in Yerington, Nevada from Almadex America Inc. for $0.19 million on June 6, 2024. This transaction is under the terms of the Agreement, which is subject to TSX Venture Exchange (?TSX-V?) approval. The transaction is expected to close by June 30, 2024.

The Willow Property is subject to a 2% NSR from future production of minerals from the Willow Property.
