A-One Alform Co., Ltd. (XKON:A234070) announced a private placement of 4th series registered private convertible bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 1,000,000,000 on October 30, 2017. The transaction includes participation from KEB Hana Bank. The bonds are issued at par and carry a coupon of 4.252%. The bonds have yield to maturity of 4.252% and would mature on October 30, 2018. The bonds are fully convertible into 34,482 shares of the company at a fixed conversion price of KRW 29,000 per share between the period of October 31, 2017 to October 29, 2018. The subscription date is October 30, 2017. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company.
