The Fund invests in real estate equity and is focused on investing in a diversified portfolio of well leased, income-producing commercial real estate assets across Australia and New Zealand. The Fund provides exposure to a portfolio of modern assets across Australia's eastern seaboard. Its property portfolio comprises 510 Church Street, Cremorne VIC; 38 Sydney Avenue, Forrest ACT; and 34 Southgate Avenue, Cannon Hill QLD. The Fund's investment portfolio is diversified, comprising about 50.7% office/healthcare, 33.4% office and 15.9% high-tech industrial assets. 360 Capital REIT IM Pty Limited is the investment manager of the Fund.
