Lift Global investee TAE signs deal with Ghana National Gas

Lift Global Ventures PLC - financial media and energy sector focused investor - Says investee firm Trans-Africa Energy Ltd has entered into a joint development deal with Ghana National Gas Co Ltd, which grants the firm a majority and managing stake in four infrastructure projects onshore Ghana. These projects relate to the processing and transporting of natural gas. Says the first of these projects is the 259 kilometre Takoradi to Tema Pipeline.

Lift Global Chief Executive Officer Zak Mir says: "The board of the company is extremely pleased to see the progress being made by TAS and we will be delighted to update shareholders as further advancements are made".

Current stock price: 0.75 pence each
