Large cryptocurrencies were mixed during U.S. morning trading on Wednesday, with Avalanche [s: AVAXUSD] seeing the biggest move, climbing 2.79% to $26.15.


Dogecoin led the decreases with a 1.59% drop to 12 cents.

Two other cryptocurrencies saw increases Wednesday. Polkadot rose 0.80% to $5.93, and Solana rose 0.20% to $138.55.

In addition to Dogecoin, five other currencies posted reductions. Chainlink sank 0.66% to $14.02, and Ethereum inched down 0.66% to $3,387.93.

Ripple inched down 0.64% to 47 cents, and Bitcoin inched down 61,750.00% to $61,750.00.

Cardano recorded the smallest decline, falling 0.14% to 39 cents.

In crypto-related company news, shares of Coinbase Global Inc. slid 0.55% to $220.49, while MicroStrategy Inc. slipped 0.85% to $1,483.00. Riot Platforms Inc. shares increased 1.68% to $9.36, and shares of Marathon Digital Holdings Inc. increased 2.81% to $19.79.

Block Inc. shed 1.78% to $62.88 and Tesla Inc. climbed 2.33% to $191.72.

PayPal Holdings Inc. declined 1.10% to $58.68, and Ebang International Holdings Inc. shares rose 0.15% to $6.51. NVIDIA Corp. rose 0.39% to $126.58, and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. inched down 0.52% to $159.42.

In the fund space, the Bitwise Crypto Industry Innovators ETF, which is focused on pure-play crypto companies, rose 2.39% to $14.14. Blockchain-focused Amplify Transformational Data Sharing ETF climbed 0.88% to $35.78.
