Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(23) of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of YHB wishes to announce that the Company had on 4 January 2017, incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Yinson Corporate Services Pte Ltd ('YCS') in Singapore under the Company Law of Singapore.
The initial issued and paid-up share capital of YCS is USD1.00 comprising 1 ordinary share. The principal activities of YCS are business and management consultancy services and investment holding.
The incorporation of YCS is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of YHB Group for the financial year ending 31 January 2017.
