NOTICE TO THE MARKET
WEG signs contracts to supply wind turbines to Aliança Energia's Wind Farms
WEG SA (B3: WEGE3 / OTC: WEGZY) announces to its shareholders and the general market that it has signed contracts with Aliança Energia for the supply of 43 wind turbines of 4.2 MW, including logistics, assembly and commissioning services, as well as operation and maintenance.
The contracts foresee the construction of four wind farms, totaling 180.6 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity and revenues of approximately R$ 590 million.
In 2015, WEG supplied wind turbines for Santo Inácio Wind Complex, also controlled by Aliança Energia.
Deliveries of these wind turbines are expected to begin in 2021 and extend until 2022.
