Video shows police arresting suspected U.S. gunman

STORY: Footage on social media showed police with handguns raised, speaking to the suspect, then pinning him onto the ground and detaining him.

Deputies responding to a call found four people dead and a fifth victim wounded at the first location in Half Moon Bay, then found three more dead at another place nearby, San Mateo County Sheriff Christina Corpus told a news conference.

Authorities identified the suspect as Chunli Zhao, 67, and said that he worked at one of the shooting locations.
