Turn over Ceremony of Automatic Weather Station and Soil Laboratory Equipment and Supplies by Sugar Regulatory Administration to Central Philippines State University (CPSU), Kabankalan City, held on November 24, 2017, where SRA Administrator met with CPSU Officials as well as SRA and Sugarcane Industry Development Act (SIDA) Scholars. Administrator Serafica also met with a local sugarcane block farmer who expressed his gratitude for SRA's intervention such that even with the low prices of sugar, his farm is still doing well and making profit.
