NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stocks index futures rose on Thursday after the U.S. Senate rejected an attempt to block the release of the remaining $350 billion from the financial bailout fund, assuring Treasury will have access to the funds.
* S&P 500 futures rose 1.50 points and were above fair value, a formula that evaluates pricing by taking into account interest rates, dividends and time to expiration on the contract. Dow Jones industrial average futures climbed 30 points and Nasdaq 100 futures added 2.75 points.
