Canadian manufacturers produced 1.7 billion cigarettes in November, down 7.3% from October. Cigarette production increased 3.9% from the same month a year earlier.

The total number of cigarettes sold in November decreased 0.5% from October to 1.7 billion, and was up 8.8% from November 2014.
