This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to Rule 17.lO of the GEM Listing Rules and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIV A of the SFO.
The Board wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company and potential investors that based on information currently available, the Group is expected to record an increase in loss for the nine months ended 31 December 2013 as compared with the corresponding period in 2012.
Shareholders of the Company and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 17.l O of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Growth Enterprise Market ("GEM") of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("GEM Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions as defined in the GEM Listing Rules under Part XIV A of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571, Laws of Hong Kong) ("SFO").
The board ("Board") of directors ("Directors") of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company and potential investors that, based on the information currently available, the Group is expected to record an increase in loss for the nine months ended 31 December 2013 as compared with the corresponding period in 2012, which was mainly because (i) Qinghai Baike Solar Power Co.,
Ltd. * (W#lt s$1-Jlé lf &Jf1f 0R1) ("Qinghai Baike") had contributed profit of approximately
HK$3.1 million to the Group for the nine months ended 31 December 2012 but the Group has disposed of Qinghai Baike in November 2012 and Qinghai Baike ceased to contribute profit to the Group; and (ii) the revenue for the nine months ended 31 December 2013 has decreased by reason of the fierce competition in the People's Republic of China for the implementation of self-service ATM systems and printing systems.
