UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2016

The board of directors (the "Board") of Skyfame Realty (Holdings) Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce that the Group's contracted sales of properties for the year ended 31 December 2016 amounted to approximately RMB4,188 million ("Total Contracted Sales"), an increase of 28% over the contracted sales of properties in the financial year of 2015. The Total Contracted Sales represent 116% of the contract sales target for the 2016 financial year.

The sales data disclosed above is unaudited and is based on preliminary internal information of the Group which may differ from figures to be disclosed in the audited consolidated financial statements that will be published by the Company on an annual basis, due to uncertainties during the process of collating such sales information that may be subject to

subsequent amendments. As such, the above data is provided for investors' reference only.
