Shell restarting unit at Pernis oil refinery

LONDON (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell is in the process of restarting an unspecified unit at its 404,000 barrels per day Pernis oil refinery in the Netherlands following repairs, according to the refinery's Twitter account.

The restart will cause flaring for a few days, Shell said.
