To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers. Oracle Talent Management Cloud users can now submit job requisitions directly to Scout, where:


    --  Scout will match their open positions with top specialty recruiters
        using its proprietary performance based matching.
    --  Scout will invite the most qualified specialty recruiters to submit
        candidates directly to employers for consideration.
    --  Employers can selectively view and accept only the most qualified
        candidates at the most competitive placement fees.
