The Service Industry Association (SIA), a non-profit association of enterprises involved in the support of high technology products, announces its opening and closing keynote speakers for the 2014 Annual Service Industry Summit, March 30-April 1 in Las Vegas. Doug Tatum, Chairman of the Board and Member of the Board of Directors of the Newport Board Group will kick-off the two-day meetings and Retired Lt. Col. Rob "Waldo" Waldman will close in his typical grand slam style.

In addition to his roles on the Newport Board Group, Doug serves on not-for-profit and research boards while leading a program at Florida State University. He will address his insights about the economy, business and growth companies that have been cited in hundreds of media outlets and in his book, 'No Man's Land'. Waldo Waldman - The Wingman - is a motivational speaker and author of his own bestseller, 'Never Fly Solo'. Waldo brings his experiences as a combat decorated fighter pilot and businessman to discuss how to build trusting, revenue producing relationships with employees, partners, and customers.

"The SIA board works hard to give value to our members during this annual flagship event and throughout the year," commented Tom York, SIA Board Member and President, Essintial Enterprise Solutions. "Investing in Doug and Waldo for this year's Summit is another demonstration of our persistence to offer thought leadership and best practices in running a successful service business."
