Resignation of Gerri Henwood
On January 18, 2022, Gerri A. Henwood, a Class II member of the Board of
Directors (the "Board") of Recro Pharma, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the
Company of her intent to resign from the Board, effective January 18, 2022.
After working with the Company for the last 12 months on transition, Ms. Henwood
is resigning to focus on her role as Chief Executive Officer and director of
Baudax Bio, Inc. Ms. Henwood's decision to resign did not result from any
disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company's
operations, policies, or practices. The Company extends its deepest gratitude to
Ms. Henwood for her distinguished service to the Board and lasting contributions
to the Company.
