By President inaugurates phase 3 of Abadan gasoline refinery
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Thursday inaugurated the phase 3 of Abadan gasoline refinery on the auspicious of Ten-Day Dawn period marking the 34th victory anniversary of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.

The new phases increase the production capacity of the refinery by two million litters of super gasoline with octane grade of 94 and 95.
Through completion of the project, Iran will attain self-sufficiency in production of jet, airplane and helicopter fuel.
Implementation of the phase 3 has increased total production of gasoline in Abadan refinery to 15 million litters per day.
The whole project is being implemented by Iranian experts.
