The Board wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company
and potential investors that it is presently expected the
unaudited interim results of the Group for the six months
ended 31st December, 2011 will record a loss as compared to a
profit for the corresponding period ended 31st December,
2010.
Shareholders of the Company and potential investors should
exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the
Company.
This announcement is made by Top Form International Limited
(the "Company") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing
the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong
Limited (the "Listing Rules").
The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company wishes to
inform the shareholders of the Company and potential
investors that based on the information currently available,
it is presently expected that the unaudited interim results
of the Group for the six months ended 31st December, 2011
will record a loss as compared to a profit for the
corresponding period ended 31st December, 2010. This loss is
mainly attributable to lower than anticipated sales due to a
weaker market sentiment, leading to an unexpected number of
cancelled orders.
As the Company is still in the process of finalizing its
unaudited consolidated results for the six months ended 31st
December, 2011, the information contained in this
announcement is only based on a preliminary assessment by the
