Caracas.- Workers of Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA) are gathering at the Ministry of Petroleum and Mining-PDVSA Complex located in La Campiña, Caracas, to support the delivery of the closing document of the collective bargaining agreement 2015-2017.
Oil workers will mobilize from La Campiña to Miraflores Palace to deliver the closing document to Workers' President Nicolás Maduro.
This collective bargaining agreement features a social wage, which provides benefits to workers and their families. Additionally, it offers a significant linear and fractional salary increase for all payrolls, as well as improvements in nutrition benefits. All these increases have a start date of October 1, 2015.
On Tuesday, the oil working class honors its commitment to boost hydrocarbon production to ensure the development and growth of the country. The revolution keeps producing achievements for the benefit of the people.
