Within extremely demanding circumstances, SFAKIANAKIS S.A.
set as targets to increase the productivity, to reorganize
its organizational structure and to strengthen its commercial
activity.
The innovation in entrepreneurial thinking and action
combined with the flexibility and adaptability to new
conditions are the main features of the new strategic
direction.
In order to meet these demanding targets SFAKIANAKIS S.A.
decided and implemented the following organizational
changes:
- The General Management of the company took Mrs. Miranta
Sfakianaki with long experience in other administrative
positions of the Group in the car sector.
- The position of Chief Financial Officer took Mr. George
Koukoumelis coming from corresponding position in the media
sector and years of experience in the banking sector.
- The creation of new position of General Commercial Manager
for all activities of SFAKIANAKIS S.A., which took Mr. George
Gardelis coming from other commercial managerial position in
the Group and years of experience in the car sector.
- The position of Commercial Manager of SUZUKI took Mr.
Nicholas Bernard coming also from other commercial managerial
position in the Group and years of notable experience in the
car sector in England and Italy.
- The position of Commercial Manager for the 12 brands of
Retail took Mr. Panagiotis Tornaros coming from other
commercial managerial position and dynamic development in the
car sector.
- The creation of a new position of Director of
Reorganization which took Mr. Dimitris Vlachos along with the
IT management of the Group with particular knowledge and
experience in Reorganization and Operations issues.
The Management of SFAKIANAKIS Group surrounds with absolute
confidence, cooperation and supports its managers and expects

and dynamism will achieve its goals representing and bringing
out the healthy and dynamic side of the Greek
