Orange Bank & Trust Announces the Appointment of Jonathan Rouis to the Board of Directors

MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. (January 17, 2018) - The Board of Directors and CEO Michael Gilfeather of

Orange Bank & Trust Company (the Bank) are pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Rouis to the Bank's Board of Directors effective February 16, 2018.

Mr. Rouis a Partner at RBT CPAs, LLP in Wurtsboro, New York where he focuses on corporate accounts across the region and NY metro area. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University. Mr. Rouis formally served as District Four Legislator and Chairman of the Sullivan County Legislature. He remains very active in the community as Past

President of the Mamakating Rotary, past member of the Advisory Board of The Community Bank of Sullivan County; member of the

New York State Association of Certified Public Accountants and he currently serves as the Chairman of the Orange Regional Medical

Center Foundation Board of Trustees and Board of Trustees member of the Greater Hudson Valley Health System.
