COLUMBIANA COUNTY - Work is expected to begin next week, weather permitting, to repair a concrete culvert structure over 1,800 feet long, running under multiple roadways at East Liverpool.
The inlet begins near west 9th Street and runs under State Routes 7, 267, U.S. Route 30, SR 39 and SR 11. It outlets near the East Liverpool Middle School along U.S. 30.
There will be minimal impacts to traffic with this work. At least one lane of traffic will always be maintained.
ODOT's contractor for this $985,399 project is Rudzik Excavating Inc. from Struthers, Ohio, and the completion date is September 30, 2018.
