Equator Resources Limited has extensive exploration projects in both Liberia and Australia.

The Company holds 1,587km2 of gold exploration projects in south eastern Liberia West Africa comprising the Bukon Jedeh Concession Mining Concession, Maryland County Mineral Exploration Licence and the River Gee County Mineral Exploration Licence known as the Bukon Jedeh Projects.

Equator Resources Limited holds eight granted Exploration Licences in the Pine Creek Geosyncline region known as the Frazer Project south of Darwin a prospective for uranium, gold and base metals.

The Company also holds two granted Exploration Licences and nine Exploration Licence applications known as the Plenty River project, located

150km north east of Alice Springs. The area is prospective for copper, gold and nickel mineralisation.

Notification under Section 708A (5) (E)

On 10 January 2012 Equator Resources Limited ("Equator" or "the Company") issued
1,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at 20 cents expiring at 5.00pm (WST) three
(3) years from the date of issue; being 10 January 2015.
The Company gives notice pursuant to Section 708A (5) (e) of the Corporations Act that:
1. The Options were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.
2. The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

• the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company;

• Section 674 of the Act.

3. As at the date of this notice, there is no information:

• that has been excluded from a continuous disclosure notice in accordance with the ASX listing rules; and

• that investors and their professional advisors would reasonably require for the purpose of making an informed assessment of:

(i) the assets and liabilities, financial position and performance, profits and losses and prospects of the Company; or
(ii) the rights and liabilities attaching to the Options.
