People brought flowers and soft toys to a makeshift memorial near the damaged nursery the day after a helicopter crashed in fog outside Kyiv, killing 14 people, including Ukraine's interior minister.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy called the incident a "terrible tragedy," before calling for an investigation.
