The IPO will be subject to a vote by shareholders on Nov. 9, it said in a statement.
The latest IPO on the Casablanca stock exchange took place in December 2018.

RABAT (Reuters) - Moroccan real estate company Aradei Capital is considering an initial public offering (IPO) to raise 800 million dirhams ($87 million) on the Casablanca stock exchange to support its growth plans.
