Announcement Details/Table Section : In accordance with Rule 9.19(46) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's ACE Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of MNC wishes to inform that the Company has carried out a valuation on its strata properties identified as Parcel Nos. S-3-6, S-3-7 & S-3A-6, Jaya One - Phase 3 Strata Office situated within Jaya One Commercial Centre at No. 72A, Jalan Universiti, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, for the purpose of ascertaining the fair value of the said properties. The details of the valuation of the properties are as follows:
The valuation of the above properties was conducted by Messrs. Konsortium Perunding Hartanah Sdn. Bhd. Revaluation Surplus The valuation of the above properties has resulted in a gain of RM1,385,600.00 in the fair value of the said properties. A deferred tax of 25% amounting to RM346,400 has been provided for the aforementioned gain. The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the incorporation of the fair value of the said properties and the revaluation surplus (net of deferred tax) arising therefrom into the financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2013.
The net gain on fair value of the said properties of RM1,039,200.00 will increase the net assets per share by RM0.011 for the financial year ended 31 December 2013.
The valuation report issued by Messrs. Konsortium Perunding Hartanah Sdn. Bhd. is available for inspection at the Registered Office of the Company situated at 10th Floor, Menara Hap Seng, No. 1 & 3, Jalan P. Ramlee, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, during normal business hours for a period of 3 months from the date of this announcement. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
