Silver had served as Lighter's Vice President of Finance since 2015 and was instrumental in securing access to $100 million in credit assets from HCG Fund Management, LP (“HCG”), also announced today. In his new role, Silver will continue to focus on Lighter Capital’s growth through fundraising and capital market strategies, building out the company's finance and analytics functions and growing market opportunities through new product development and geographic expansion.

Silver has spent his entire career focused on the intersection of finance, technology and small business lending. Prior to Lighter, he managed treasury and capital markets at CAN Capital. Silver holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
