BUSINESS UPDATE

WARFRAME RANKED AMONG TOP-SELLERS AND MOST PLAYED GAMES OF 2018 BY STEAM

This is a voluntary announcement made by Leyou Technologies Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

As a tradition, Steam, the largest digital marketplace for PC games, releases at the end of each year various lists of best games of the year on its platform based on gross revenue and number of simultaneous players.

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company is pleased to announce that on Steam's list of the 100 top-selling games of 2018, Warframe, a game developed and published by Digital Extremes Limited ("Digital Extremes"), the Canada subsidiary of the Group, is once again ranked platinum, after having achieved platinum rank on the same list in 2017. Games on the top-selling list are awarded one of the four ranks by Steam, namely platinum, gold, silver and bronze, and only the 12 top-selling games, Warframe being one of them, are ranked as platinum. Warframe is the only platinum ranked top-selling game on Steam that is not developed and published by Valve, the creators of Steam. Warframe is also one of the most played games on Steam's list, having recorded a peak of 131,766 simultaneous players on that platform.

In addition to the strong performance of the game, the developer of Warframe, Digital Extremes has been nominated for the Best Developer for The Steam Awards 2018, voted on by the Steam player community. This nomination represents the players' recognition of the amazing content the Warframe team has delivered during the year.
