The Jersey Township Trustee's will hold a public hearing on two Zoning Map Amendment applications on Monday January 30th at 7:30 p.m. at the Jersey Township Hall meeting room located at 1481 Mink Street SW, Pataskala, Ohio 43062. At the end of, or within 20 days of public hearing the Jersey Township Trustees will render a decisions on requested changes.
The first application #50-2016 submitted by John R Hadley requests that the 5.580 acre parcel located at 12345 Worthington Rd be rezoned from NB to GB1 for commerical/warehouse use. VIEW APPLICATION 50-2016
The second appiication #51-2016 submitted by Waren & Jacalyn Patten for the 36.898 acre parcel located at 9800 Worthington Rd. Applicant is requesting that the property be rezoned from RR(Rural Residential) to GB1(General Business-1) for new & used car sales and maintenance and repair. (Note Applicant has requested to amend application to not include portion of property north of State Route 161)
