Notice on Determination of Time, Date, etc. of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

The Company issued a Notice on Shareholder's Demand for Convocation of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on January 23, 2020 to inform you that a shareholder of the Company had exercised the right to demand the convocation of an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, and issued a Notice on Setting of the Record Date for Convocation of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on January 28, 2020 to inform you that we had commenced examination and preparation to hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for which the record date was set as February 18, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the "Extraordinary General Meeting") around late March or early April 2020. The meeting of the Board of Directors held today has adopted resolutions as follows with regard to the time and date as well as the venue of the Extraordinary General Meeting. We deeply apologize that we need to hold a general meeting of shareholders, even though it will be held pursuant to a request made by a shareholder, during the time when the new coronavirus is widespread and our shareholders are dealing with many pressing concerns.

Please refer to the Guide Map for the Venue of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders that is shown in the convocation notice and be careful not to go to the wrong place.
