[Attachment] At an open house on December 12, City staff presented the community with three bridge options for comment. Each option included two-lane traffic with a multi-use path on the north side, and was a variation of the pony-truss style bridge that originally stood on the site prior to its collapse in 1974.

The community was also asked about traffic calming measures and truck exclusion options.

The City is reviewing the feedback. Decisions regarding the replacement bridge and traffic calming measures will be announced when available.

The City will be extending the truck exclusion zone on to the city limits at the bridge and monitoring for compliance. Additional measures for truck traffic will be considered as needed.
