The New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) will host a talk by author, Iraq War veteran and portfolio manager Wesley Gray Wednesday, January 7, about his recent book, Quantitative Value.

Gray, founder of asset manager Alpha Architect, will discuss creating a quantitative strategy of value investing to eliminate behavioral bias as part of the #NYSSAauthors Series from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the NYSSA Conference Center.

A Ph.D., MBA and finance professor with Drexel University, Gray served with the U.S. Marine Corps. His 2009 book, Embedded: A Marine Corps Adviser Inside the Iraqi Army, is an account of his experience as an intelligence officer during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
